Get to Know Me
A little over five years ago, I purchased a camera from a stranger with the intent to capture my oversea travels and of my then boyfriend, now husband. I loved having a camera in my hand and having the ability to reflect on memories to last a lifetime. I also loved the creative outlet that photography afforded me outside of STEM career. One day my sister asked me to capture her engagement and from then on, I fell in love with capturing authentic couples.
Since then, I've invested in my craft by attending styled shoots and workshops, mentor sessions, and exploring the city with my camera in tow. I take this passion for what I do into every session and love sharing my gift with those that value my work.
Outside of photography, here are some of my favorite things~ *cue Sound of Music*
Family
I have an incredible husband who is my #1 fan. When I'm not working, you'll find me enjoying life with him, whether it's watching a movie together, trying out a new restaurant, or walking around the city. I love me some him!!
Music
My mom is a retired music educator so, of course, the entire family knows how to play an instrument (or in most cases, two)! I grew up playing violin and piano and love being surrounded by music. I'll bring my speaker to our photo session so that we can jam together!
Baking
I wouldn't consider myself ready to compete on the Holiday Baking Championship, but I love baking from scratch (and satisfying my sweet tooth)! I was recently gifted a KitchenAid so I'm frequently whipping it up in the kitchen!
